Grape Variety : Syrah - Grenache - Carignan
Alcohol : 13.5% alc./vol.
Winemaking : Hand-picked harvest. After a cold pre-fermentation maceration, the grape varieties are vinified separately and blended just before bottling. The cuvee “Grand Large” is a selection of the best wines of our estate.
This wine is carefully aged with pumping over and racking. The Syrah/Grenache/Carignan blend is realised at the end in order to adjust the profile, maintain aromas and varies each year according the vintage expression.

Tasting : Rich color, with slightly tiled shades. Expressive bouquet with Mediterranean notes of well-ripened fruit, licorice and herby garrigue scents. Full and round body, with a rich variety of flavors and a good tannic structure.
Drinking moment :
Ready to drink or to keep 3 - 5 years.
Best served between 18 and 20°C (63° and 65°F)
Food pairing :
Grand Large goes well with a beautiful Mediterranean cooking. It brings roundness to spicy dishes, vegetables and barbecues ; Provençal Daube, Garbure or Cassoulet from the Southwest of France.
