Straw yellow color with golden tints. Expressive and well present bouquet with citrus and white flower notes. Full and round on the palate with a nice covering length.

Ready to drink now as well as laid down for another 3 - 5 years.
Best served between 12 and 14°C (54° and 39°F)
Food pairing :
« Grand Large Blanc » goes very well as an aperitif by itself, on a nice roasted poultry, or some goat cheese. This wine is the ideal companion for seafood and matches perfectly on a Breton lobster, pan-fried Saint-Jacques, or snacked lobster tails.
