Terroir : Clayey limestone in stony hillsides.
IGP Côtes Catalanes
Varietal : 100% Syrah
Alcohol : 13.5% alc./vol.
Winemaking :
Entirely harvested by hand the cuvee “Aux Coings Sauvages”, named embankments that line the plot where grow quince free.
An intense peppery and spicy flavor of the Syrah expression for this vintage. A few months of aging come to perfect and soften the tannins of this exceptional juice.
Sustainable Farming (not certified)
